I provide counselling services for individuals, couples, families and group. I have many years of post-graduate clinical work experience and demonstrate expertise in mental health and relationship issues. I also have a strong background in woman abuse work and specialty in engaging men/fathers.

I have been working with clients with various mental health issues (e.g., Depression, Anxiety, Anger, Low Self-esteem, Trauma, Schizophrenia, etc.) and Relationship Issues (e.g., Couple Conflict, Family Conflict, Domestic Violence, Parenting, etc.). I have strong knowledge of various intervention modalities (e.g. Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, CBT, etc.) and ability to integrate them in therapy.

I offer a solid combination of academic background and work experience,which has enabled me to develop strong skills to help people with difficult mental health and relationship issues.I am passionate about helping people in need through counselling. My joy in counselling is watching my clients experience a sense of inner healing, have directions for their presenting problems and build good relationships with their loved ones.
