I provide help for people with low self-esteem, low mood and those who worry about life events and struggle with accepting themselves and the challenges they face. My aim is to help my clients become self-confident, more comfortable with life situations and more happy and successful.

My guiding paradigm is cognitive-behavioral, identifying cognitive distortions, patterns of negative thinking and mental language that often underlie and maintain unwanted life patterns. I use a variety of methods, including Neuro-linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural and Cognitive Processing Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Positive Psychotherapy. I am the author of nine books on psycholinguistics and psychology.

My patient approach fosters self-understanding, insight into unrecognized strengths and contributes to a broadening of perspective and more multidimensional thinking.

My overall approach is a very practical common sense one, which helps clients experience positive change after their first session. Many of my clients have reported having a better sense of well-being, with less stress, anger, depression and more hope after the very first session. I love my work and am here to help individuals, couples and families in their journey to positive change and growth.
